Likelihood Ratio Test Query

This page provides online access to a likelihood ratio test for significantly conserved amino acid positions within the human proteome. The entire set of precomputed values are available for download here [266 Mb]. A description of the likelihood ratio test can be found here.

Instructions: Enter one query per line following the format C:pos:X/Y, where C is the chromosome number, pos is the base position in the NCBI reference genome build 36, X is the reference base and Y is the variant to be tested. Queries are limited to 10,000 variants.
