Chris Todd Hittinger is currently the Maclyn McCarty Fellow of the Helen Hay Whitney Foundation and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Mark Johnston’s Lab in the Center for Genome Sciences and Department of Genetics of the School of Medicine of Washington University in St. Louis. He has a background in evolutionary genetics, evolutionary developmental biology, and evolutionary genomics. Current research interests include the evolution of transcriptional regulatory networks, the genetic mechanisms of adaptive evolution, and evolutionary genomics.
